Product Introduction

Blind flanges are used to close the end of a piping system or vessel. JIS B2220 and JIS B2238 are Japanese Industrial Standards that specify the dimensions and pressure ratings of blind flanges.

Dimensions

Size: 10A to 1500A

Facing: Raised Face (RF), Flat Face (FF), Ring Type Joint (RTJ), and Tongue and Groove (TG)

Pressure Rating: 5K, 10K, 16K, 20K, 30K, 40K

The pressure rating of blind flanges under JIS B2220 and JIS B2238 standards range from 5K to 40K, depending on the size and facing type of the flange.

Application Scope

Blind flanges are used in a wide range of applications, including:
