Stainless Steel pipe reducer is widely used in many fields, since the excellent properties of stainless steel. A403 WP304 and WP316 pipe reducer is one of the most common material at present, and corrosion resistance is an important index to measure SS 316 pipe reducer. Eccentric reducer with different diameters at both ends is used to connect pipes or flanges with different diameters for diameter reduction. The nozzles at both ends of the eccentric reducer are on the same axis. It is usually used to reduce the diameter of gas or vertical liquid pipes. The two ends of the eccentric reducer are internally connected on the circumference of the nozzle, and are generally used for horizontal liquid pipelines. When the tangency point of the eccentric reducer nozzle is upward, it is called top flat installation. It is generally used at the pump inlet to facilitate exhaust. The tangency point downward becomes the bottom flat installation. It is generally used for the installation of the control valve and for exhaust. The eccentric reducer is beneficial to the flow of fluid and has little interference on the flow state of fluid when reducing the diameter. Therefore, the gas and vertical flow liquid pipelines adopt concentric reducer to reduce the diameter. Because the side of the eccentric reducer is flat, it is convenient for exhaust or drainage, driving and maintenance. Therefore, the liquid pipeline installed horizontally generally adopts eccentric reducer.

Eccentric reducer is mainly used to solve the problem of different diameters when connecting pipes, and it also has the function of shock absorption and noise reduction. Eccentric reducer greatly saves the parts and costs of pipeline installation. It is composed of inner rubber layer, fabric reinforcement layer, middle rubber layer, outer rubber layer, end reinforcement metal ring or wire ring, metal flange or flat movable joint. The installation of eccentric reducer in the pump is mainly used to prevent corrosion, and the reducer at the inlet and outlet of the pump should be installed flatly to prevent the gas phase in the pipe from gathering at the pump outlet, forming large bubbles into the pump cavity and damaging the pump. Only in one case can it be installed low and flat, that is, the elbow directly connected to the back of the reducer and bent upward, in which case the gas phase cannot gather. The eccentric reducer can also reduce the pipe noise when working.
